Reason why I ask: I have, what appears to be folliculitis have a ring of dead skin around her sorta speak? how to speak in a light bulb or pop the excess skin and in a ring on the left sorta? not like the color red, but not in a very bad skin red .. sorta like they have no sensitivity, no itching or irritated because I am not in any way, except that it sparks my concerns.
